Each softgel provides 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA from marine fish oil, 300 mg of combined omega-3 per softgel. EPA and DHA are omega-3 fatty acids found mainly in oily fish. If you don’t eat fish regularly, a fish oil supplement is one way to add them to your routine.
The softgels are designed for adults, men and women. Take them with a meal. A 60-count bottle lasts about two months at one softgel a day.
